one thing i think would help is to check your perspective... the lines look a little crooked and your wheels dont look completely accurate.
something that could help is to get your drawing before you start adding color and just look at it in the mirror. this will help you see the drawing from a different view and thus you will start to see errors in perspective.
but in general, its very good for a 13 year old! keep it up!
